Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version governs in all cases.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an Account and using the vb222 Platform, you confirm and warrant that all of the following eligibility criteria are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person, and all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source in your name.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the vb222 Platform under any name, email address, or payment method.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of any employee or officer of vb222 or its affiliated service providers.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order on vb222 or any partner platform that remains in effect at the time of registration or continued use.

Responsible Gaming & Age Verification

vb222 takes the protection of minors seriously. We apply automated age-check systems at the point of registration and conduct manual KYC reviews before processing any withdrawal. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18, we will suspend the Account and withhold all transactions pending verification. If age verification documents confirm the player is under 18, the Account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings forfeited.

Account Registration & Verification

Registration Process

To access the vb222 Platform's real-money services, players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The information required at registration includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and preferred payment method details. You must not use a false name, a name other than your own, or provide misleading information at any point during registration or at any time thereafter.

Each individual may register only one Account on vb222. If we detect that a player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different names linked by payment method, device, IP address, or other identifiers — all associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances held in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, vb222 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. The document must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your full name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash mobile number, Nagad account, bank account) is registered in your own name.

vb222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time — including during ongoing use of the Platform — if our compliance systems flag unusual activity. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request will result in Account suspension until documentation is received and reviewed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account PIN with any other person. vb222 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vb222 immediately at [email protected] so that we can suspend the Account while the matter is investigated.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

Accepted Payment Methods

vb222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh:

• bKash (Mobile Financial Service)
• Nagad (Mobile Financial Service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS)
• Upay (UCB Mobile Banking)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (Internet Banking / DBBL Nexus)
• BRAC Bank (Internet Banking)
• City Bank (Internet Banking / CityTouch)

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the player's own legal name and match the name on the verified vb222 Account. vb222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. Funds deposited from an unverified or mismatched payment source will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account tier limits and applicable payment provider limits. VIP Club members may have higher deposit limits — see the VIP Club terms for details.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• vb222 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside vb222's control.
• Deposited funds may only be used for real-money gaming on the vb222 Platform. Deposits cannot be transferred to third parties.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• All withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-complete) Account. Withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts will be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. vb222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for prior deposits.
• Withdrawal processing time for verified Accounts is typically 1–4 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or if additional compliance checks are required.
• vb222 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified by email if additional information is required.
• Any withdrawal request where active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements are present will be subject to the bonus forfeiture rules set out in the Bonuses section below.

Inactive Account & Dormancy

An Account is classified as inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. vb222 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player via registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. An administration fee of ৳50 per month (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to inactive Accounts after the 12-month threshold. Players can reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit transaction.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Terms

vb222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully registered and verified vb222 Account unless the promotion page explicitly states otherwise.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through duplicate Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed in conjunction with other bonuses unless the promotion page explicitly permits stacking.
• vb222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be sold, auctioned, or otherwise transferred to another player.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at vb222 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, the following default rules apply:

• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the qualifying deposit amount) unless the promotion page specifies a deposit + bonus calculation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Games with a contribution rate of 0% are excluded from wagering progress entirely. The game contribution table is published on the Promotions page.
• All wagering must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain uncleared after the time limit expires will be removed from the Account.
• If a player requests a withdrawal while bonus funds with incomplete wagering are active, the bonus funds and any winnings attributed to them will be forfeited. The real-money balance will be released for withdrawal as normal.
• vb222 uses automated systems to monitor for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be engaging in such patterns may have bonuses voided and withdrawal requests reviewed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

The vb222 sportsbook operates on a fixed-odds basis. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered for that market. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on vb222:

• Minimum bet: ৳50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and account tier.
• vb222 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical or human error), vb222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.
• Results for all cricket markets are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). In the event of a match abandonment, void, or no result, settled bets will be governed by the specific market rules published on the Platform.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (where live in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered at vb222's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. vb222 is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may cause a bet to be placed on outdated information.

Casino & Slot Games

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on vb222 — including slots, virtual table games, crash games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term average payout and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Casino game bets are final once the round is initiated by the player. Disconnection during a game round does not affect the outcome — the round will be completed by the system and results recorded to the Account.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. vb222 is not liable for losses caused by game malfunctions beyond the return of the staked amount.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before initiating any bet. vb222 does not extend credit under any circumstances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb222 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live multiplayer games in a manner that creates an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability on the Platform. Any such bug must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events the outcome of which you have prior non-public knowledge or influence.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating fake accounts, using false identity documents, or misrepresenting personal information at any point.

Account Suspension & Closure

vb222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Identification of a duplicate Account linked to an existing registered Account.
• Confirmed age verification failure (player found to be under 18).
• Account found to be in breach of a self-exclusion order.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Where an Account is suspended for compliance or investigation reasons, real-money balances (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be held securely and returned to the player upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, unless the funds are subject to a legal freeze or forfeiture order.

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the vb222 support team at [email protected]. Before the Account is closed, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method, subject to normal KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Players under self-exclusion will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

vb222 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. vb222 will not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or winnings — arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime.

Accuracy of Information

While vb222 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds, game results, account balances, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error in a displayed odds price, account balance, or game result, vb222 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the relevant transaction accordingly. Players will be notified of any correction that materially affects their Account balance.

Player Responsibility

Players use the vb222 Platform at their own risk. vb222 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform beyond the recovery of staked amounts in the event of a verified technical malfunction. Gambling involves risk and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions, including the amount they choose to deposit and wager.

Third-Party Services

The vb222 Platform integrates third-party services including game content providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe), payment service providers, and data feed suppliers. vb222 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors originating from these third-party services, except to the extent required by law. In the event of a third-party game malfunction, vb222's liability is limited to the return of the player's stake for the affected round.

Changes to These Terms

vb222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and balance withdrawal.
